We pride ourselves in providing quality, innovative local cuisine right on the premise at our Seymour's Restaurant - so you don't even have to leave the hotel to experience the tempting culinary delights Blenheim has on offer.

Opening Hours

Seymours is open for a la carte and buffet breakfast from 6.30am until 9.30am during the week and 7am until 10am in the weekends. Dinner is served from 6.30pm until 9.30pm daily and the bar, with a substantial bar menu, is open from 5pm until around 10.30pm.
